Lane Goodroe spent his youth on his family's acreage in Worth county. Growing up surrounded by row crops and cattle, Lane is deeply rooted in agriculture. He is proud of his southern upbringing and will mention how the hardwood bottoms have shaped him. Lane has a Master's of Agribusiness from the University of Georgia with an emphasis on Ag Land Economics, Commodity Marketing, and Agribusiness Finance. During his academic tenure, Lane spearheaded research projects that advocated for farmers and developed marketing tools for ag producers to mitigate risk in an ever-changing farm economy.
While working at one of the larger Agricultural Lending Institutions in the country, Lane found himself working on agricultural and ranch land acquisitions in the Rocky Mountains. From that experience, Lane quickly discovered his calling to represent individuals in his favorite asset class and pursue a career in real estate. Currently, Lane holds a real estate license in his home state of Georgia but is always searching for emerging market opportunities across the southeast.
Lane's eagerness to connect with those that share a passion for agriculture and real estate has allowed him to develop a strong network across the country. Lane prides himself in being well-versed in cutting-edge web marketing techniques and current market trends to facilitate value that best serves his clients. Lane is compelled by the need for ongoing conservation efforts and is a proud member of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Wild Sheep Foundation, and the National Wild Turkey Federation.
