The leased marina with its available boat slips, oyster processing area, and on water 15’ x 8’ cold storage facility is one of the only cold storage and processing facilities on the water in the State of Florida. This means more time on the water (or less if you want) before you need to get your oysters in cold storage.  This marina lease includes 8 boat slips with the potential for up to 16 if needed via renegotiation of lease as well as a boat ramp.

 

PLEASE NOTE: You are bidding on the right to assume the lease for the Nolan’s Rest Marina and Processing facility. Monthly Payments and any additional costs associated with assuming this lease are separate from your bid price. The contract for the lease will be signed separately with the landlord after the conclusion of the auction and payment of auction proceeds has been received. In the event the landlord refuses to rent to the winning bidder, the bidders will be refunded their auction purchase price.  Winning bids for the Marina Lease and the Equipment are separate transactions and are independent of one another. A refund will not be given to a buyer who wins one item and fails to win the other.
